Enhancementadvice.com was curious to know which countries in the world were having the most sex.  

These top 10 findings are based on the Durex survey of 2007-2008: 

10.  Mexico.  In 2008 the Mexico City government distributed 700,000 copies of sex-ed textbooks to students knowing full well that the young citizens would be having active sex lives. 

9.  Switzerland.  Not a surprise since prostitution is completely legal in Switzerland and over 300,000 men are eager to spend their money on sex. 

8.  Spain.  Spain has always been known as one of the world’s most romantic … okay let’s be honest, horny countries.  Furthermore, men in the country have no qualms about taking Viagra to please their lovers longer.  

7.  Malaysia.  It’s far from a coincidence that most of the good male enhancement ingredients are found in Malaysia.  In fact, Tongkat Ali (a powerful ingredient used in male enhancers) is now considered an endangered species.  No wonder many Malaysian men are able to father children past their 60s.

Actually, like many of the ingredients we’ve previously mentioned, this ingredient has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine.

 And the magic ingredient is…deer antler. 

What is deer antler? 

Well, deer antlers are the large bony horns that protrude from various species of deer which include elk, moose, caribou (reindeer) and others.  Dating back some 2,000 years, deer antlers have been used as medicine, tools and toys. 

As for its medicinal properties deer antlers contain a good supply of amino acids and prostaglandins.  Deer antler is known for: 

• Boosting testosterone
• Reversing inflammation
• Boosting immune system function
• And reducing the risk of cancer
• Fighting the aging process
• Improving blood circulation 

In case some of you are wondering whether the deer are harmed during the antler collection process the answer is no.  Veterinarians give the animals (male deers) a sedative when collecting the antlers and deer antlers re-grow and are shed annually after mating season.  

After collection, the antlers are then dried and used in powder or tea in many health products, which of course includes natural male enhancement formulas.  In fact, a lot of health food stores carry deer antler and it’s available in capsule form. 

So far, there have been no reported side effects from deer antler use, though it’s always best to consult with your doctor before taking any health supplement. 

All in all, deer antler just may be another ingredient to keep your eyes on.

Nowadays the media is flooded with information about the many health benefits of fish oil, in particular the health benefits of Omega 3 fatty acids contained in fish oil. Omega 3 fatty acids are an essential fat that the body needs that can be produced on its own and therefore must be obtained from other sources. 

And… as discussed at length there are many reasons why erectile problems occur and some of these include poor blood flow (including the vessels in and around the penis), low testosterone levels and lack of nitric oxide (chemical needed for erection) along with other factors. 

So here’s a new concept that may be food for thought — perhaps fish oil can be used as a natural male enhancement method.

Well, we think it’s something worth considering.

We wonder…is this is why oyster meat is included as an ingredient in some male enhancement supplements? 

With that said we won’t be too surprised if fish oil or other sources of Omega 3s pop up as an ingredient in other natural male enhancement formulas in the ‘not too distant’ future.

So far we’ve talked about the different pills, chewing gum, soda, rings, devices and so on.  While these are all impressive male enhancement methods, the most interesting (we think) would be male enhancement beer.

This will probably never happen but (in theory at least),  the refreshing beverage that’s a guilty pleasure for most men, would serve two functions – quench the thirst and craving most men have while improving men’s erections and sexual performance.

Perhaps alcohol need not be included since we know that it’s known to slow down blood flow which is one of the reasons why men have a hard time achieving erections.  With that said it’s the alcohol that is the culprit behind health issues but in actuality, beer contains healthy ingredients which as in turn can provide the body with essential nutrients.  Beer is made of water, grain (malt), hops and yeast.  The amount of each ingredient influences the flavor and texture of beer. 

One 12 oz serving of beer can provide:

There’s an interesting product out on the market that claims it is both a male enhancer and female enhancer.

This natural sexual enhancer is called BioVigora and is manufactured in Canada by Option Biotech, a nutraceutical company.

The company website claims that BioVigora is:

• For men & women of all ages, with or without any difficulties.
• 100% natural and safe for people with diabetes, cholesterol, prostate, blood pressure and heart problems.
• Compatible with alcohol and prescribed medication.

Hmm…compatible with alcohol and prescribed medication? 

While this sounds impressive, is it really safe to assume that this male enhancement / female enhancement supplement is safe and will not react with any other medications?

It would be great if we could see this backed up with more evidence.

On the ingredients side, BioVigora contains Aframomum, Kola nitida and digestive enzymes, which are not all that familiar when it comes to natural male enhancement supplements.

What’s intriguing is that this product is supposed to be good for men and women who want to boost their sexual desire but it’s not really understood how this product works since male enhancers usually work to improve erection quality and staying power and female enhancers work to improve libido.

We’re not really sure how three ingredients in this natural product can make this happen.

All in all the company seems to have a fairly decent reputation and we guess only time and more testimonials will tell just how effective BioVigora is.

Is it a complete coincidence that “Vigora” in the product’s name sounds a lot like Viagra?

Perhaps that’s food for thought.
