Nowadays the media is flooded with information about the many health benefits of fish oil, in particular the health benefits of Omega 3 fatty acids contained in fish oil. Omega 3 fatty acids are an essential fat that the body needs that can be produced on its own and therefore must be obtained from other sources. 

And… as discussed at length there are many reasons why erectile problems occur and some of these include poor blood flow (including the vessels in and around the penis), low testosterone levels and lack of nitric oxide (chemical needed for erection) along with other factors. 

So here’s a new concept that may be food for thought — perhaps fish oil can be used as a natural male enhancement method. 

Experts from around the world conclude that the Omega 3s contained in fish oil can: 

• Improve blood circulation
• Balance hormone levels
• Reduce stress
• Preserve the health of the prostate
• Maintain cardiovascular health 

With these advantages in mind, can fish oil be used as a natural male enhancement supplement? 

Well, we think it’s something worth considering. 

Omega 3s in fish and other seafood sources have been proven helpful in improving hormone functions.   Experts found that there was a correlation between testosterone levels and diets loaded with Omega 3.   We can’t stress enough how important T-levels are to sexual function, muscle development, strength and endurance. 

To add, as mentioned previously, fish oil and other marine sources of Omega 3s offer a good supply of magnesium, iron and zinc.  These are all important to building healthy sperm and sperm count as well as producing good semen volume.  Zinc is also integral to the healing process and is beneficial in repairing damaged cells. 

We wonder…is this is why oyster meat is included as an ingredient in some male enhancement supplements? 

With that said we won’t be too surprised if fish oil or other sources of Omega 3s pop up as an ingredient in other natural male enhancement formulas in the ‘not too distant’ future.

There’s an interesting product out on the market that claims it is both a male enhancer and female enhancer.

This natural sexual enhancer is called BioVigora and is manufactured in Canada by Option Biotech, a nutraceutical company.

The company website claims that BioVigora is:

• For men & women of all ages, with or without any difficulties.
• 100% natural and safe for people with diabetes, cholesterol, prostate, blood pressure and heart problems.
• Compatible with alcohol and prescribed medication.

Hmm…compatible with alcohol and prescribed medication? 

While this sounds impressive, is it really safe to assume that this male enhancement / female enhancement supplement is safe and will not react with any other medications?

It would be great if we could see this backed up with more evidence.

On the ingredients side, BioVigora contains Aframomum, Kola nitida and digestive enzymes, which are not all that familiar when it comes to natural male enhancement supplements.

What’s intriguing is that this product is supposed to be good for men and women who want to boost their sexual desire but it’s not really understood how this product works since male enhancers usually work to improve erection quality and staying power and female enhancers work to improve libido.

We’re not really sure how three ingredients in this natural product can make this happen.

All in all the company seems to have a fairly decent reputation and we guess only time and more testimonials will tell just how effective BioVigora is.

Is it a complete coincidence that “Vigora” in the product’s name sounds a lot like Viagra?

Perhaps that’s food for thought.

This site has talked about the 5 recommended ingredients for male enhancement which are L-Arginine, Tongkat Ali, Cnidium, Epimedium and Horny Goat weed.

When put together these ingredients are great for increasing testosterone, building strength and energy, increasing nitric oxide levels and improving blood flow which all contribute to better erections and good sex.

Yet again here is another product that is tying to make its mark in the male enhancement business.  It could be worth noting that if Nicoret gum works for some people to help them quit smoking (notice we say some), then maybe Sexlets for Him or products like it may be an option for men who are considering taking male enhancement but are scared of pills.
