Krill Oil For Male Enhancement

leave a comment

In a previous post we discussed how fish oil or more specifically, the Omega 3s in fish oil could be one option to consider when it comes to male enhancement.  To recap the Omega 3s in fish oil can help:

  • Balance hormones levels (including testosterone)
  • Regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels
  • Increase strength and energy
  • Help with blood circulation throughout the body
  • Maintain prostate health
  • And a slew of other reasons

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential to the body however the body cannot produce these on their own and so we must obtain these “good fats” from food such as fish.  This is one of the reasons why we hear that fish is good for you.  However, we all know that it’s impossible to eat enough fish to do the body any good … enter fish oil supplements.

Now for some of you that have taken fish oil supplements you might have noticed that they could cause gas, bloating, fish burp and an unpleasant aftertaste which might make you consider other options for natural male enhancement.

What’s the other option?

A shrimp-like crustacean called krill … more specifically krill oil.

What is krill oil?

Krill are a marine food source that very closely resemble shrimp but are much smaller in size.  They are at the bottom of the food chain and are common feed for fish, whales, shark, seals, penguins and other marine animals.  Krill oil is oil extracted from krill just like fish oil is extracted from fish.

Though fish oil is still a good source of Omega 3s, krill oil is also something to consider as it also contains an abundant supply of Omega 3s, even more so than fish oil.

Plus you don’t have to worry about fish burp or any other annoying side effects.

Can krill oil be considered a new method of natural male enhancement?

Well, it’s definitely something to think about.

Celery a.k.a “Vegetable Viagra”

leave a comment

So we’ve talked about some male enhancement foods that have aphrodisiac-like effects such as watermelon, pomegranate, fish and oysters etc. but we have yet to mention a particular male enhancement vegetable.

Actually, this vegetable is labeled “Vegetable Viagra.”

And the veggie is…good old celery.

According to the book, Stay Young: Ten Proven Steps to Ultimate Health written by authors Judy Gaman, Dr. Walter Gaman and Dr. Mark Anderson, celery significantly increases pheromone secretion.

Pheromones are the chemicals secreted by the body which trigger a social response, or to put it more bluntly, the signal that tells us … it’s mating time!

Celery contains a naturally occurring steroid called androstenone which is found in both female and male sweat – consider it the “scent of love.”

Apparently the effects of eating celery are supposed to be immediate.  “We recommend that a guy work out, have a nice warm shower, chomp on a few sticks of celery, brush his teeth and then head out the door smelling good,” said Dr. Gaman.

Men, here’s another good reason why you should eat celery:  it heightens your sex drive and increases your amount of semen during ejaculation.  This will make your climaxes feel much more intense.

Hmm … maybe this is another male enhancement ingredient we should keep our eyes on.

Care for some celery gentlemen?

Another Male Enhancement Fruit

Okay Guys, we’ll continue to praise the benefits of natural male enhancement over prescription drugs.

Now we’ve just discovered that there’s another good male enhancement food that can help give you rock-hard erections.

And the food is…Pomegranate.

As you know, 40 per cent of men over the age of 40 encounter issues with achieving erections substantial enough for sexual activity.  According to the International Journal of Impotence Research, pomegranate juice shows promise in helping men who are experiencing erectile difficulties.  The journal reported the effects of a study conducted on 61 men who experienced male impotence.  Some men were given 100 %  Pomegranate Juice while others were given a placebo.  Forty seven per cent of the participants reported improvement in their erections after one month of drinking 8 oz of pomegranate juice daily.

Pomegranate juice is a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin B5, potassium and it is also a powerful antioxidant.  Because of its powerful anti oxidizing properties, pomegranate can help reduce plaque in the arteries which as a result improves blood flow (particularly in the genital area).

So guys don’t be surprised if this will be one ingredient added to the male enhancement list of ‘must haves.’

 Care for some pomegranate anyone?

Male Enhancement Hypnosis

one comment

We all know that erectile issues and low libido often stem from stressful lifestyles, relationship issues or emotional problems.

As we also know, not every case of erectile problems needs a prescription or an injection in order to fix this common problem – again let’s not forget that this isn’t a “one solution for everyone” type of issue.

So here’s food for thought:

Could one’s outlook influence sex drive?  Or to be specific, could positive thinking cure erection problems?

Well, as the saying goes, “Mind over matter.”

With that said, here’s yet another method of male enhancement … hypnosis.

Hypnosis is defined as: “a mental state (state theory) or set of attitudes (non-state theory) usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction, which is commonly composed of a series of preliminary instructions and suggestions.”  (source: Wikipedia.org)

How can hypnosis fix erectile dysfunction?

Perhaps the answer lies in a male’s subconscious mind.  Think of it this way, hypnosis focuses on relaxing the mind and as mentioned in earlier posts a lot of sexual performance problems are caused by anxiety and the fear of failure during sexual activity.

The mind can be thought of as two separate parts:  the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.  The conscious mind is sort of our control center that responds to situations and our environment when we are awake.  For example, some of us may feel nervous while we’re on a date, or our confidence heads south just before the ‘big moment’ because our brain tells us that it’s a stressful situation.  As such, our bodies react in certain ways – very similar to how animals sense danger looming.

The unconscious mind takes over during hypnosis and at this point a hypnotherapist may use the power of suggestion to train our brains to react differently in stressful situations thereby training ourselves into becoming more confident.  During this trance-like state the conscious mind is inactive (or asleep) therefore we are more relaxed and receptive to suggestion.

Though a lot of us are skeptical about this idea, truth be told, we can’t ignore the fact that hypnosis has effectively helped people quit smoking, lose weight, stop insomnia, get over anxiety and fear AND in many cases relieve depression.

So, it could be likely that hypnosis may very well fix erectile problems or sexual performance issues.

Male enhancement in the unconscious mind?  It’s possible. Why not?

Shhh…you’re the best lover in the world with the biggest penis in the world…you’re the lover of every woman’s dreams…you’re Superman…

Deer Antler — Another Magic Ingredient

leave a comment

Enhancementadvice.com has heard about yet another male enhancement ingredient that seems to be popping up in many natural supplements.

Actually, like many of the ingredients we’ve previously mentioned, this ingredient has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine.

And the magic ingredient is…deer antler.

What is deer antler?

Well, deer antlers are the large bony horns that protrude from various species of deer which include elk, moose, caribou (reindeer) and others.  Dating back some 2,000 years, deer antlers have been used as medicine, tools and toys.

As for its medicinal properties deer antlers contain a good supply of amino acids and prostaglandins.  Deer antler is known for:

  • Boosting testosterone
  • Reversing inflammation
  • Boosting immune system function
  • And reducing the risk of cancer
  • Fighting the aging process
  • Improving blood circulation

In case some of you are wondering whether the deer are harmed during the antler collection process the answer is no.  Veterinarians give the animals (male deers) a sedative when collecting the antlers and deer antlers re-grow and are shed annually after mating season.

After collection, the antlers are then dried and used in powder or tea in many health products, which of course includes natural male enhancement formulas.  In fact, a lot of health food stores carry deer antler and it’s available in capsule form.

So far, there have been no reported side effects from deer antler use, though it’s always best to consult with your doctor before taking any health supplement.

All in all, deer antler just may be another ingredient to keep your eyes on.
