Male Enhancement Hypnosis

one comment

We all know that erectile issues and low libido often stem from stressful lifestyles, relationship issues or emotional problems.

As we also know, not every case of erectile problems needs a prescription or an injection in order to fix this common problem – again let’s not forget that this isn’t a “one solution for everyone” type of issue.

So here’s food for thought:

Could one’s outlook influence sex drive?  Or to be specific, could positive thinking cure erection problems?

Well, as the saying goes, “Mind over matter.”

With that said, here’s yet another method of male enhancement … hypnosis.

Hypnosis is defined as: “a mental state (state theory) or set of attitudes (non-state theory) usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction, which is commonly composed of a series of preliminary instructions and suggestions.”  (source: Wikipedia.org)

How can hypnosis fix erectile dysfunction?

Perhaps the answer lies in a male’s subconscious mind.  Think of it this way, hypnosis focuses on relaxing the mind and as mentioned in earlier posts a lot of sexual performance problems are caused by anxiety and the fear of failure during sexual activity.

The mind can be thought of as two separate parts:  the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.  The conscious mind is sort of our control center that responds to situations and our environment when we are awake.  For example, some of us may feel nervous while we’re on a date, or our confidence heads south just before the ‘big moment’ because our brain tells us that it’s a stressful situation.  As such, our bodies react in certain ways – very similar to how animals sense danger looming.

The unconscious mind takes over during hypnosis and at this point a hypnotherapist may use the power of suggestion to train our brains to react differently in stressful situations thereby training ourselves into becoming more confident.  During this trance-like state the conscious mind is inactive (or asleep) therefore we are more relaxed and receptive to suggestion.

Though a lot of us are skeptical about this idea, truth be told, we can’t ignore the fact that hypnosis has effectively helped people quit smoking, lose weight, stop insomnia, get over anxiety and fear AND in many cases relieve depression.

So, it could be likely that hypnosis may very well fix erectile problems or sexual performance issues.

Male enhancement in the unconscious mind?  It’s possible. Why not?

Shhh…you’re the best lover in the world with the biggest penis in the world…you’re the lover of every woman’s dreams…you’re Superman…

Male Enhancement for “Male Menopause”

leave a comment

As women reach their 50s and beyond, we all know they go through the life change of menopause which is the time when their menstrual cycles stop and a woman’s reproductive functions cease.  We also know that when this happens it throws off chemical and hormone levels in the body which can cause sexual dysfunction.

On that note, men go through a similar life change that we seldom hear or talk about.  The life change is called andropause a.k.a. male menopause.  Medical experts have conflicting views about whether or not andropause exists.  One of the reasons is because- unlike menopause which is a complete cessation of a woman’s reproductive process, men can still reproduce well into their senior years.   However the menopausal symptoms women experience can also happen to men.

According to wikipedia:

Andropause is a decline in the male hormone testosterone. This drop in testosterone levels is considered to lead in some cases to loss of energy and concentration, depression, and mood swings. While andropause does not cause a man’s reproductive system to stop working altogether, many will experience bouts of impotence.

As discussed previously, testosterone is the main hormone for sexual function.  When men encounter erectile or T-levels problems, doctors will either prescribe ED meds for their erectile problems, and/or testosterone replacement therapy through injection.

We’ve already discussed the side effects these drugs can have and fortunately there is another way to restore sexual function and deal with some issues brought on by andropause.

Natural male enhancers not only help deal with sexual/erectile problems but they can also aid in restoring the body’s chemical and hormone levels.  Male enhancement supplements that contain Tongkat Ali and Tribulus terrestris can do wonders to increase the body’s T- levels.  Good natural male enhancers also contain other supportive ingredients to help restore the body’s chemical levels as well.

Though andropause might be a normal part of a man’s aging process, impotence and declining hormone levels aren’t necessarily inevitable – all thanks to male enhancement supplements.

Maybe it’s a good idea to keep some by your nightstand.  Hail male enhancers!

Cell Phones May Damage Sperm

leave a comment

Studies conclude that an estimated 80 per cent of erectile issues stem from hardened arteries and poor blood circulation as a result of diets high in fat, sodium and red meat.  As discussed in previous posts, eating fruits, vegetables and fish can help increase sperm count and make for healthy erections.

Well, new research from Cleveland, New Orleans and Mumbai suggests that cell phone usage may decrease sperm count.

That’s right… cell phones.

Experts’ findings indicate that each characteristic of a man’s sperm profile can be affected by talking many hours on his cell phone.  Though there is no clear explanation why sperm count decreases, one theory suggests that radiation from the cell phones may affect the gonads causing a rise in temperature to the testes which then damage the sperm cells.  In fact, a study conducted by the Cleveland Clinic found that keeping a cell phone on talk mode while inside the pocket can decrease sperm quality and we all know that it’s very common for men to keep their cell phones in their pockets while using headsets or earpieces.

Does this mean to say that cell phones kept inside your pocket may potentially lead to ED?  Perhaps that’s food for thought.

Well actually, there is male enhancement gum right?  Maybe chewing gum while talking on your cell can prevent these potential “issues” (in theory at least).

Now with that said, does this also apply to men who keep their cells in their pockets but they eat healthy and take daily doses of vitamins and / or male enhancement supplements?

We guess that’s also food for thought.
