Another Male Enhancement Fruit

leave a comment

Okay Guys, we’ll continue to praise the benefits of natural male enhancement over prescription drugs.

Now we’ve just discovered that there’s another good male enhancement food that can help give you rock-hard erections.

And the food is…Pomegranate.

As you know, 40 per cent of men over the age of 40 encounter issues with achieving erections substantial enough for sexual activity.  According to the International Journal of Impotence Research, pomegranate juice shows promise in helping men who are experiencing erectile difficulties.  The journal reported the effects of a study conducted on 61 men who experienced male impotence.  Some men were given 100 %  Pomegranate Juice while others were given a placebo.  Forty seven per cent of the participants reported improvement in their erections after one month of drinking 8 oz of pomegranate juice daily.

Pomegranate juice is a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin B5, potassium and it is also a powerful antioxidant.  Because of its powerful anti oxidizing properties, pomegranate can help reduce plaque in the arteries which as a result improves blood flow (particularly in the genital area).

So guys don’t be surprised if this will be one ingredient added to the male enhancement list of ‘must haves.’

 Care for some pomegranate anyone?

Acupuncture for Male Impotence

So we’ve talked about of the ways to deal with erectile issues such as natural male enhancement products, exercises, lifestyle habits and so on.

Okay so there is yet another option to add to the list and this practice has been around since about 1500 B.C. in Chinese medicine.

And this old method is good old acupuncture.

Acupuncture is an ancient method of Chinese medicine in which tiny needles are strategically inserted at various points of the body just underneath the skin (known as pressure points).  This practice has been known for its effects in relieving pain or to remedy many different ailments.

With that said over 2 million men are infertile and many couples are turning to acupuncture to help with this problem.  A couple is considered infertile if a pregnancy is still not achieved after one year of having unprotected sex.

Acupuncture has been known to improve the body’s blood circulation and energy levels, two of many root causes of male impotence.  To add, a growing number of research suggests that acupuncture can also increase a man’s sperm count and improve its motility.

So, for those of you gentlemen who prefer natural methods rather than prescription drugs or invasive treatments, perhaps this is one of many options to explore to help deal with impotence / infertility problems.  For those that are squeemish at the thought of needles, rest assured that the needles are not at all like the hypodermic needles used by your doctor, dentist or hospital.  Acupuncture needles are very thin and the tips don’t have a sharp point that cuts through tissue to cause any bleeding or pain.

Sometimes we need to look at our past to find today’s solution to a common problem.
