Krill Oil For Male Enhancement

leave a comment

In a previous post we discussed how fish oil or more specifically, the Omega 3s in fish oil could be one option to consider when it comes to male enhancement.  To recap the Omega 3s in fish oil can help:

  • Balance hormones levels (including testosterone)
  • Regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels
  • Increase strength and energy
  • Help with blood circulation throughout the body
  • Maintain prostate health
  • And a slew of other reasons

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential to the body however the body cannot produce these on their own and so we must obtain these “good fats” from food such as fish.  This is one of the reasons why we hear that fish is good for you.  However, we all know that it’s impossible to eat enough fish to do the body any good … enter fish oil supplements.

Now for some of you that have taken fish oil supplements you might have noticed that they could cause gas, bloating, fish burp and an unpleasant aftertaste which might make you consider other options for natural male enhancement.

What’s the other option?

A shrimp-like crustacean called krill … more specifically krill oil.

What is krill oil?

Krill are a marine food source that very closely resemble shrimp but are much smaller in size.  They are at the bottom of the food chain and are common feed for fish, whales, shark, seals, penguins and other marine animals.  Krill oil is oil extracted from krill just like fish oil is extracted from fish.

Though fish oil is still a good source of Omega 3s, krill oil is also something to consider as it also contains an abundant supply of Omega 3s, even more so than fish oil.

Plus you don’t have to worry about fish burp or any other annoying side effects.

Can krill oil be considered a new method of natural male enhancement?

Well, it’s definitely something to think about.

Peyronie’s Disease

Something which we’ve been hearing about lately is that more men are being diagnosed with Peyronie’s Disease which affects about 1% of men.

What is Peyronie’s Disease?

Peyronie’s Disease is a condition in which for some unknown reason the penis is bent.  Scar tissue develops in the penis which causes its malformation, especially during erection.   This makes sexual intercourse painful.

Though there is no known reason why Peyronie’s occurs, some experts believe that Peyronie’s is the result of injury to the penis either by catheter or through bending during sexual intercourse.  Other issues may stem from prostate problems.  All in all it’s always best to consult a doctor before the situation gets any worse.

Some of the symptoms of Peyronie’s include:

  • Lumps inside or around the penis
  • Inflamed penis
  • Bent or curved penis
  • Painful erections
  • Painful intercourse
  • Scars on the penis
  • Infertility
  • Bent erections

Though there is no surefire way to cure Peyronie’s Disease, treatment may involve surgery in which the scar tissue is replaced by tissue taken from another part of the body.  In addition, as discussed previously, natural male enhancement supplements also contain nutrients that are beneficial in maintaining penis health.  Many good quality male enhancement products contain herbs, minerals, vitamins, amino and fatty acids, along with other nutrients that are very helpful in healing and restoring penile function.  And generally speaking, they’re not all that invasive as compared to powerful drugs or surgery, but with that said, male enhancers may not be for everyone.

Men, if any of you are experiencing 2 or more of the symptoms stated above, talk to your doctor to see what he / she recommends.

Dealing With Premature Ejaculation

leave a comment

Enhancementadvice.com has been receiving emails from visitors who are experiencing problems with premature ejaculation and are also wondering if natural male enhancement supplements can help fix this problem that has (at one time or another) happened to most of us.

So with that said we thought this would be as good a time as any to offer some tips on how to deal with premature ejaculation.

  1. Stay in tune with your partner’s needs.  According to the Kinsey Reports, two books published on human sexual behavior, the average response time for women to reach orgasm during sex takes about 10 or more minutes (provided there is continuous stimulation).  Engaging in some foreplay and having your partner reach climax first can help take much of the pressure off of you and can keep her content.  Trust us…there aren’t many women out there who don’t LOVE foreplay!
  2. Practice starting and stopping.  A lot of men have sworn by the method of pausing right before feeling the urge to climax.  In some this can also be very exciting for both you and your partner as it can be a great way to build the anticipation.  When pausing, you and your partner can also change positions and try new techniques.  Remember, sex is supposed to be enjoyable for both of you so this can be one way of keeping it fun inside and outside of the bedroom.
  3. Stay fit.  Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.  We can stress enough that this helps keep the arteries in good shape especially when it comes to blood flow (in particular the genital area).  Exercise is also a great way to build stamina and strength for those intense lovemaking sessions.  Investing in vitamins and/or natural male enhancement supplements are also a good idea as these help provide the body with the nourishment it needs to maintain good overall sexual health.  Furthermore male enhancers also contain herbs that help with premature ejaculation.

These are just three simple ways to help deal with premature ejaculation.

Above all, focus on the enjoyment of sex instead of whether or not you’ll “last” in bed.

This outlook will make lovemaking much more fulfilling for the both of you.

Mucuna Pruriens–another male enhancement ‘must have’

leave a comment

There is another magic ingredient used in natural male enhancement supplements that can reduce stress and increase sperm count.

Like many of the other natural ingredients we’ve discussed, this ingredient has been in use for centuries because of its aphrodisiac effects.  In fact more and more male enhancement products are including this ingredient in their formulation.

Mucuna Pruriens have long been used in Ayurvedic (traditional Indian) and Chinese medicine to help with various ailments in addition to sexual dysfunction.

What are Mucuna Pruriens?

Mucuna Pruriens are a member of the legume family and is a native plant grown in India, Africa and the Caribbean.  The plant grows as an annual shrub whose branches can reach up to 15 meters in length.  In its young stages the plant is completely covered with hair but as it grows older the hairs disappear.  Each plant has pods which store the beans.  The beans are either black or brown in colour.

Mucuna Pruriens mechanism of action is to help the body release dopamine (a neurotransmitter in the brain).  Dopamine is responsible for the proper function of the nervous system, a person’s emotions, sexual health and the body’s mobility.  High levels of dopamine cause the “feel good” response whereas low levels of dopamine can cause irritability, anxiety and sexual dysfunction.

Scientists from around the world are beginning to recognize the health benefits that Mucuna Pruriens has on a number of conditions ranging from Parkinson’s disease, infertility and sexual dysfunction.

So guys, here is one other ingredient to add to the list if you’re looking for a good male enhancer.
